1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed and delivered within a maximum of seven (7) working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are subject to the operations and schedules of the selected logistics provider.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Selection of Logistics Provider
Customers are responsible for selecting a logistics company from the available delivery options provided on this website at checkout.
The chosen logistics provider will handle the transportation and delivery of the order.
3. Transfer of Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been:
- Processed
- Dispatched
- Handed over to the selected logistics provider
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the logistics company.
From that point onward, Golddiggers Jewelries shall not be held liable for:
- Loss
- Damage
- Delay
- Theft
- Mishandling
- Any issues arising during transit
All delivery-related concerns after dispatch must be addressed directly with the selected logistics provider.
4. Delivery Weight Policy
Delivery fees are calculated based on standard weight limits.
Where a package exceeds one (1) kilogram, the customer will be required to top up the delivery fee to cover the additional weight.
Customers will be contacted with the required top-up amount before dispatch.
Failure to complete the additional payment may result in the order being kept on hold and delivery delayed until the outstanding balance is settled.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this condition.
5. Packaging & Liability
Protective packaging materials are available for purchase to help secure jewellery items during handling and delivery.
Customers who choose not to include protective packaging in their order do so at their own discretion.
Golddiggers Jewelries shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or defect arising from inadequate packaging where the customer declined or failed to pay for protective packaging materials.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to:
- Properly inspect all items immediately upon delivery
- Confirm that the items are intact and complete
- Ensure proper protection and safekeeping of the products
Any claims arising from failure to inspect or properly secure items after delivery shall not be attributed to Golddiggers Jewelries.
